I write to commend Rusmin and Suada on their excellent performance. They are very reliable and keep my office extremely clean. In fact, they have taken extra initiative to clean my frequent spills on the carpeting. Also, I was extremely impressed that Suada remembered my birthday. I greatly appreciate their excellent work.
